1. Online Orders

Please note that once you have clicked process, we are already processing your order, packing it and getting it ready to send. Therefore, you cannot alter your order once it has been sent.

1.1 In Store Pickup:

If you wish to collect your order in store rather than via post, please indicate when processing your order. Any order placed online within business hours will be available in store 3 hours after the order has processed. All instore pickups from Shop 35, Unley Shopping Centre, 204 Unley Rd, Unley.


1.2 Australian Shipping:

Processing orders on weekdays: orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day via Australia Post Express Postage Service. This service offers next day delivery within capital cities and the metro areas, however, once dispatched, please allow for 3-5 days postage. For regional areas, please allow 3-5 days shipping. All orders processed AFTER 2pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Processing orders on weekends: orders processed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.


1.3 Cost of Shipping:

  • Orders OVER $100: Free STANDARD delivery (3-5 business days delivery – includes tracking)
  • Orders UNDER $100: Flat rate of $12.95 for STANDARD delivery (3-5 business days delivery – includes tracking)
  • Express Postage: there is a $14.95 flat rate for EXPRESS postage (1-2 business days delivery – includes tracking)
  • Postage will not be refunded if you choose to return your purchase.

* Please note that delivery times are subject to Australia post, and once the parcel has been sent, any delays are out of our control. Please use your Australia Post tracking number to follow your order to your doorstep! When selecting the “free shipping” option, please be mindful that if you wish to return any of your items, refunds are only issued if the garments are returned to us within 10 days from despatch.

 

1.4 Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched we will issue you with a tracking number, in which you can follow the delivery of your parcel to your door through the Australian Post Website. If your parcel has not been delivered within 7 business days, please contact Liberty Boutique.

Please ensure that you enter your shipping address and contact details correctly, because here at Liberty Boutique we do not take responsibility for your parcel if you have indicated the wrong shipping address, and your parcel is lost.

2. Our Sizing:

At Liberty Boutique we try our hardest to keep on top of our size quantities, so please understand that if the online website is showing your size and we are in fact sold out we cannot process your order, unless we have another delivery on the way. All sizing will be updated within 24 hours. If, whilst shopping online you come across a garment that is sold out in your size please contact us to enquire whether we have the size in store or whether we have another order on the way.

2.1 Clothing and Footwear Size Chart

Below you will find a general sizing guide. However, please note that with each different label and stylesizing can vary. If sizes run small, big, short or long we will generally indicate this in the description of the garment.

 

3. Your Personal Details and Safety

At Liberty Boutique we care for our customers safety and wellbeing, therefore, when processing your order it will be on the back counter away from the public eye. That way your address is kept confidential. Furthermore, your credit card details are not stored within our system as we use PayPal.

4. Returns

We understand that you are unable to try on and feel your garments before purchasing. Therefore, we are happy to offer you a full refund or store credit (excluding postage) within 10 days of purchase.

All return issues or queries must be emailed to: sales@libertyboutique.com.au. From there, we can work towards you getting your desired outcome, whether it be a new size or a full refund. You will have to cover your own postage, and this will not be credited. 

Once items have been delivered to you, they become your responsibility. Therefore, if garments are damaged in your care we will not accept returns.

For the best interest of your garment, please ensure you read all of the care instructions to avoid incorrect washing. We will not accept garments back if they have been washed incorrectly and damaged as a result.


All returns must be within 10 days of dispatch by us. If you wish to exchange a garment for a different size, please indicate this in your email and we can get the return ball rolling early, checking your sizes etc. Please note that replacement garment will not be dispatched until the original garment is in our hands in original condition.

4.1 Reasons for returns:

We understand that because you are shopping online you have not tried on your garment, therefore, we offer a refund, exchange or store credit for garments for the following reasons:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect sizing
  • faulty garments (see section 5)

However, the garment must be in original and re-sellable condition. The tags remain attached, the garment must not smell of perfume, body odour, or any unnatural smells. The garment must not be marked and have any sign of Spray tan. If you have tried the garment and have damaged the garment we do not take responsibility, and cannot offer you a return. So please, just as you would treat the garment like it is your prized possession, because once the garment has been dispatched it is yours, and our responsibility is shifted onto you.

 

4.2 Options for returns:

We offer a refund for the garment, an exchange or a store credit. However, if you are returning a garment the shipping is at your expense, and we will not credit you any extra postage.

 

4.3 Time frame for returns:

All returns must be within 10 days of dispatch by us.

 

4.4 In Store returns:

As our Boutique in Unley is separate from our online store, please understand that there are differences in our returns policy, as indicated on your docket. Our store does not issue refunds due to change of mind, or incorrect sizing issues. However, we do issue credit notes or exchanges.

4.5 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Sale items
  • Scarves
  • Accessories
  • Jewellery
  • Swimwear
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, hosiery and Secret weapons products.
 

5. Faulty Garments

Here at Liberty Boutique we take the utter most care with our stock, so in turn our customers can receive their garment in pristine condition. However, if in the circumstance you believe you have been sent a faulty item please photograph the garment and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your garment is faulty we will replace your item with free shipping. However, if we cannot replace it we will issue you with a refund or store credit for your next purchase.
